Rav Doron Perez
Director of the World Mizrachi Movement
Rav Doron Perez is the newly elected Director of the World Mizrachi Movement. He previously served the South African Jewish community for 15 years as the Rabbi of the Mizrachi Movement, Senior Rabbi of the Mizrachi Shul and the Head of Yeshiva College schools. Rav Perez is the author of the book “Leading the Way”.
Rav Hillel Van-Leeuwen
Born in Chicago and raised in Israel, Rav Hillel spent 3 years as a shaliach in Toronto, Canada, where he taught at CHAT while being involved in several educational projects and summer camps. For the past 11 years, Rav Hillel served as the Head of the English-speaking Program at Midreshet Yeud. He joined World Mizrachi as Educational Director in the summer of 2015.
Rav Pesach Wolicki
Associate Director, Center for Jewish Christian Understanding and Cooperation
Rabbi Wolicki is former Rosh Yeshiva and Founder of Yeshivat Yesodei HaTorah. A noted educator and lecturer, Rabbi Wolicki serves as Associate Director of the Center for Jewish Christian Understanding and Cooperation promoting support for Israel in the Christian world. He has worked as a political activist in several organizations, including service as Executive Director of the Campaign for Missing Israeli Soldiers. He is well known for his dynamic speaking and teaching, and his expertise in the thought and writings of Rav Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook.
Daniel hails from the little-known city of London, England. After a gap year in Israel and several more in London, he made aliyah with his family to the better-known yishuv Elazar. An avid fan of Liverpool FC, he is World Mizrachi’s Programs Director, and the Director of the Enterprise Israel program.
